We are in-network with most major insurance providers and we offer complimentary insurance verification to determine your benefits and coverage during your first visit. We never want healthcare costs to be the barrier between the care you need and deserve. If you are not covered by insurance or provide out of network coverage, we are happy to work with you, and offer payment plans and competitive self-pay rates.
Opioid Prescription
We do not provide long term opioid prescription. We may prescribe opioid prescription while we are actively managing your pain with interventional pain treatment, but you will eventually be transitioned off of opioid.
Per the statement by the American Academy of Neurology, there is insufficient evidence that opioids are effective for the treatment of chronic pain, particularly neuropathic pain, and clear evidence that they often worsen migraines. As such, we do not support the use of opioid for chronic pain.
