Acceptance and scope
These terms apply to this website and its public content. Separate terms may apply to clinical services, patient portals, payment systems, forms, maps, or other third-party services.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site. The terms may be updated, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Medical information and emergencies
The site provides general education and does not provide a diagnosis or individualized medical advice. Use of the site does not create a physician-patient relationship. For emergencies, call 911; do not rely on a website form or appointment request.
Permitted use
You may use the site for personal, noncommercial information and to access available practice services. You may not:
- Use the site unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit information without authority, or interfere with another person’s use.
- Attempt to bypass security, probe systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, overload the site, or disrupt its operation.
- Scrape, copy, republish, sell, or exploit site content at scale except as allowed by law or with written permission.
- Use content, names, marks, or page design in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.
Appointment requests and submissions
An appointment request is not a confirmed appointment. Do not submit unlawful content, malicious files, or information you are not authorized to provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you choose to submit.
Content ownership and outside services
Unless otherwise stated, the site design, original text, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to Solutions in Pain and are protected by applicable law. Limited personal use does not transfer ownership.
External links are provided for convenience. Solutions in Pain does not control outside services and is not responsible for their availability, security, terms, or content.
Availability and limitation of responsibility
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain useful and secure access, uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, and error-free content are not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Solutions in Pain is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or an external service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
